Dry Floatation at Blossom Wellbeing

Gravity-Free Relaxation: Discover Dry Floating

Enter a world of relaxation and come out feeling recharged. Come and experience dry floatation

What is Dry Floating?

Imagine the feeling of total weightlessness without ever touching a drop of water. Dry
floating utilizes a specialized bed filled with warm water and Epsom salts, kept at a
constant temperature. You remain completely dry, separated from the water by a thin, highly
flexible membrane that contours perfectly to your body.
It’s all the benefits of traditional flotation therapy—minus the salt, the showers, the cleanup
or the feeling of being enclosed

Why Your Body Will Thank You

What are the benefits of dry floating?

When you remove the pressure of gravity, your body finally gets a chance to reset. Dry
floating provides a "weightless" environment that allows for:

  • Decompression: Relieve pressure on your joints
  • Muscle Recovery: Ideal for athletes or those with chronic pain; it helps reduce
muscles aces and pains and improves recovery
  • Improved Circulation: Without pressure points, your blood flows more freely, aiding
    natural healing.
  • Better Sleep: Just 30 minutes on our bed can help to improve sleep quality

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

In a traditional float tank, you lie directly in saltwater. With Dry Floating, you are separated
from the water by a soft, ultra-thin membrane. You get the exact same sensation of
weightlessness and warmth, but you stay completely dry. No salt in your ears, no need to
wash your hair, and no messy cleanup.

Nope! Because you stay dry, you can float in your everyday clothes. We recommend wearing
something loose and comfortable to help you fully relax. If you’re coming from the office or
an event, you can just hop right in.

Absolutely. Unlike some traditional pods that "close" you in, our dry float bed is open. You
have full control over your environment, and there is no lid over your face. Most people who
struggle with small spaces find dry floating much more approachable and relaxing.

Our standard sessions are 30 or 60 minutes. Because the body reaches a state of relaxation
much faster in a weightless environment, even a 30-minute session can leave you feeling as
refreshed as a long nap.

We recommend removing large jewelry, watches, or sharp accessories. This ensures you can
relax fully without anything pressing against your skin and protects the delicate membrane of
the float bed.

Dry floating is incredibly safe for almost everyone, including pregnant women (who often
love it for the relief from back pressure!). However, if you have a serious medical condition
or have recently had surgery, we always recommend a quick chat with your doctor first.
