We expect our staff team to make our services  a positive fun environment for the people we support, each other, and visitors.

We expect that people will support each other and that as an organization we will support our staff team and the people we support when they are having problems.

As a service, we want to aim high. To never be satisfied and always look to improve even by 1%

We constantly review, audit, and gather feedback

to ensure that we meet the needs of the

service users, employees, family careers & local community.

We expect our staff team to report accidents, incidents mistakes and near misses even when no one is watching

To put friendships and relationships to one side to ensure standards are met and culture is adhered to.

Just safety culture

As an organization, we will not proportion blame for incidents, near misses, or mistakes. But gross negligence, wilful violations, failure to learn, and destructive acts are not tolerated with the aim to improve safety for the people we support, our staff team and visitors.

As an organization, we will learn from our mistakes and look to improve.

As an organization, we will provide an environment where people feel supported and encouraged to report.

We will provide training and development for our employees.

We will analyze incidents, accidents, and near misses.

We expect our staff team to report all accidents, damages, near misses, incidents, or errors.

We expect our staff to support and maintain an emotionally safe environment. By this, we mean not gossiping, harassing, bullying, or allowing out-of-work relationships to infringe on the workplace.

We expect our employees to put a stop to unsafe practices that could develop into errors, incidents, or mistakes regardless of rank of service length.
