We are able to support people who want either one-off short-term respite stay either planned or as an emergency or longer term regular respite. We offer a fully flexible service to meet your needs where people stay with us for just one night up to several weeks at a time.
We are able to offer support to people who wish to eventually live in a supported living setting and we also offer support for people who have had a recent hospital stay and require assistance with regaining independence/mobility prior to returning home.
We are able to support people who require residential care.
Some of the people who we support started off their journey at Blossom Wellbeing Group by accessing our respite provision but now reside with us.
We wanted to create an environment that people wanted to come to and enjoyed coming to that applies to the people we support, Visitors and Health professionals and our colleagues, It was this believe that led us to develop our core values:
